Simply write any habit you would like to start on the left hand column and tick off if achieved at the end of the day.

If you can get a 7 day streak congratulations keep going! 

If you don't tick any habits then don't worry, this is not failure, it's valuable feedback to consider possible barriers to achieving your goals.

Ask yourself the following questions:

Is your habit too hard to start with?

Do you have the equipment?

Do you have the money?

Are you too busy right now?

Is there something you can change in your environment to make this habit easier?

Is this a habit you are motivated to start or is there something that is more appealing and more enjoyable for you to start instead?

If you get a streak of 20-30 days in a month this may be automatically performed next month so write down a new habit on the next monthly tracker.
