B.L.U.E.P.R.I.N.T PLAN?

It is an acronym for the following elements:

B = Baseline Testing | Tracking | Goal setting

L = Limiting toxins

U = Understanding and changing habits

E = Exercise | Exposure

P = Purpose and spirituality

R = Rest  and relaxation

I = Interpersonal relationships

N = Nutrition, hydration and supplements

T = Thought change

Use the information and tools within each element either alone, or in combination to boost your health, happiness and longevity.

Hi there! My name is Tom and I'm a doctor with 12 years of experience, and I've been a fully qualified GP for the past 4 years. During my time as a doctor, I have seen many people suffer from poor health.

It can be frustrating when you want to see your GP, but you can't get an appointment, or when you undergo tests and major illnesses are ruled out, but you still feel unwell. Finding reliable information to improve your health can also be a challenge.

That's why I created the B.L.U.E.P.R.I.N.T Plan. This plan provides evidence-based health tools and advice, as well as cutting-edge techniques to help you overcome physical and psychological barriers to changing your lifestyle. It allows you to build powerful and long-lasting health habits, because good health is built on automatic habits.
